Proyecto para la importación, distribución y venta de grechka en la provincia del Guayas

Abstract

This project of business proposes a new alternative of nutrition through Buckwheat. It details the origin of this grain, its several names over the world and mainly its great nutritional properties. Within the evaluations realised in our target (cities of Guayaquil and Duran) stands out the curiosity, the interest and acceptance of the Grechka, Buckwheat, like a new component to its daily diet. Our proposal for the Guayas is to import this seed from the United States, where our investigations demonstrated that this country has the most convenient sale price. If the demand of the consumers does not respond positively as they were demonstrated on the surveys, simply the importation must stop. Even the economical outcomes are not so representative in their local production and consumption; they do represent a very good opportunity to produce for exporting. The demand pioneering country is Japan, followed of Russia and other countries of the Asian and European continents. The countries before mentioned would be very good clients for Ecuador, If the Buckwheat start to be harvested in its lands.
