Abstract

Organizations today need complete and reliable information on all aspects of the enterprise for decision making and implementation are. The work ahead is due to the development of indicators of a business management of maintenance services of transformers, which begins with an analysis of the company to determine its strengths and opportunities. Then we determine the strategic objectives and indicators to measure compliance. Finally, we analyzed the company's operating processes. Finally we developed a computer application that will complement the implementation of the indicators and concludes with an analysis of each indicator for the corresponding decision-making through action plans that were made.
