Abstract

This thesis aims to develop a standardfor the development and implementation of software projects designed by the IT department of the company Grupo El Comercio C.A. It is intended that these projects are based on the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology since this will ensure success in the administration and enforce ment of the time, cost and scope establishedfor its realization. The realization of this project was based on the development and implementation of the system MACD (Collection Improvement and Distribution Automation) under the PMI methodology, which obtained the following results: a more efficient cost control, time and resources allocated; resume documentation system and project, and finally emphasizing maintain effective communication between team members and staff interested in the project as this will reflect optimalperformance of the team.
