Abstract

The goal of this graduation report. It is to plan and describe the implementation of a computer system in a town hall entity using PMI , following the guidelines defined in the PMBOK Guide. Our study is to apply the PMI Project Management Methodology to a finished project. For this project we have taken the information from the system implementation CABILDO ERP in the town hall of San Jacinto Yaguachi conducted by the Ecuadorian company Prishard in 2009 This practice is intended to use skills , methods, techniques and instruments designed to project management. The 5 stages of project management , which are: Initiating, Planning , Executing, Controlling and Monitoring, and Closure , each of them are developed considering that go together to each other thus the end of the requirements of a phase, It is the beggining for the next phase , as described in the Guide to the Project Management for.
