Abstract

This documentation takes analysis and research on the new generation of the Internet, such as Cloud Computing, which offers a variety of services among which are the VoIP system in the Cloud, which is the main subject of this project . Every day, technology advances and the Internet service providers have been forced to make changes to improve their network infrastructure and providing new technological services to its customers. VoIP allows organizations through the use of specialized applications; transmit voice over a data network. This system allows the owner to a significant reduction in operating costs and maintaining their network infrastructure. It also provides greater flexibility, portability and customization level user groups or departments. And finally we can raise awareness of the importance of the benefits and features as well as the disadvantages of the traditional VoIP system against Cloud. Additionally demonstrate what technology resources are necessary to provide this service. Making a network infrastructure design for a company wanting to provide VoIP services in the Cloud.
