Análisis y diseño de una solución para uso de cuadros de mando integral.

Abstract

In this project the importance in organizations implementing the strategic management tool Balanced Scorecard as an integral measurement system that helps to maximize business benefit making best use of available resources is revealed. For this work was taken as case study the company S.A. Importadora Andina S.A.I.A., it focuses its business activities in the transport sector. In the first instance the problems and the causes that make that economic benefits for the company are below the expected were identified. Then the strategic objectives and aims were defined, corporate mission and vision cleared. Technological development and implementation of a tool to support the management based on the balanced scorecard (BSC) was defined. The proposed BSC could be useful and flexible as it would provide more information more quickly and help the strategic management of the company.
