Estudio de Posibles Soluciones de Eficiencia Energética en las Viviendas de Guayaquil

Abstract

The present work proposes the promotion and implementation of energy efficiency solutions in the homes of Guayaquil, taking into consideration the prior lifting of all appliances and time which user energized them, to compare consumption apply different methods of efficiency and determine the potential savings of energy both as economic. Due to different State policies encourage projects that promote the rational use of electrical energy and strategies to improve the consumption both in the industrial and residential sectors, this study is related to the efficient use of energy and prevent the misuse of the same. To implement energy efficiency in the home, through solutions such as elimination of consumption “StandBy”, change of inefficient appliances for those who can get reduced by up to 50% of the consumption or also called efficient appliances type “A”, would reduce the monthly expenses for energy consumption, it would reduce carbon dioxide emissions produced by thermal power plants for electricity generation, protecting the environment and promote the rational use of energy not only at home but also in companies and industries.
