Elaboración de un software para auditoría energética a nivel de baja tensión

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to contribute with a software for the different electrical companies, in order to do anenergy audit to the residential users, and also to make a calculation of the approximate energy consumption, with the help of a data base that includes the potency of some electrical equipment, and some other information introduced by the user. This program analyzes the circuits from the outlet, streetlights, and special circuits; therefore, to know if the switches and the conductive parts of the installation are measured correctly, through the application of the regulations and recommendations according to the NEC (Nacional Electrical Code), CONELEC (Consejo Nacional de Electricidad) and the NATSIM (Normas de Acometidas Cuartos de Transformadores y Sistemas de Medición para el Suministro de la Electricidad). Besides this, the program allow the engineer to know the corresponding fine for the each infraction committed in the installation of the low power line, all this according to the Current Law Regime for the electricity sector. The process to calculate the value of the fine to be paid depends on the electrical power consumption, and is based on the tariff charge of the electrical company that provides the service, for example: Empresa Eléctrica de Guayaquil, Empresa Eléctrica Quito and CNEL Guayas – Los Rios, with the facility to add or update this information on the data base, and to present an inform with everything made.
