Abstract

Currently the Ecuadorian educational institutions are being regularized and controlled by government agencies to achieve the national goal of standardizing and improving education in the country, in the XXI century, have technological tools that help facilitate and control information as well as share through different means for the public or private knowledge is a necessary constraint. Based on that acquiring a technology platform entails the risk that in a short time, become obsolete, for the advancement and development of technology, the idea and the need to manage from "the cloud”, all information necessary for the development efficient organization, as well as protect it and have updated tools. with this background, it is proposed to achieve leadership in the creative development of IT Solutions for the academic area, providing solutions and effective responses by offering an information system quality online through a subscription model to it, which is aligned to educational regulations of the country by improving communication among students, faculty and staff of the institutions.
