Abstract: | The objective of this project is focused on building a resort and in the preparation and implementation of an strategic marketing plan to exploit the tourist potential inactive and wasted in the parish Morro, situated near Guayaquil city, thanks to this project will be possible to improve the quality of life of local residents and at the same time develop Ecuador’s economy. To determine the acceptance of this project was carried out a market research to the potential target group who are residents of Guayaquil; which resulted in a genuine acceptance of the project. The purpose of this center is to give tourists an unforgettable experience which will be made up of boats trips, bird and dolphin watching, diverse cuisine and visits to the museum, all of these tourist alternatives will be known with publicity such as billboards, print media, television, leaflets, tourist agencies, support from sponsors and various strategies for the promotion of the tourist center. The set of activities in the center will change the outlook of increasing tourism visits of tourists which will boost the development of people working on it, as well as the inhabitants of the population. |
