Medición del impacto económico de la crisis financiera mundial sobre el sector petrolero exportador ecuatoriano

Abstract

The present study will determine the main causes of the world-wide problem and as it would affect this to Ecuador and the possible solutions that could improve to the economy. The recession of markets of countries developed, like the United States, has caused great changes to level world-wide, since this crisis is a global threat and hits mainly to countries that they have tie with the United States, reason why puts on the alert from risk to all Latin America. The financial crisis worries to the countries about the region, especially by the effect that can have in the fall of remittances, the prices of the raw materials and in different sectors such as the exporter. Ecuador is one of the affected countries, It is so the exporting sector of oil will be analyzed, since the Budget of the State depends on the price of the crude one, because he is one of the majors income, reason why the United States is their main market, and this year has registered a noticeable reduction of the oil demand although President Rafael Strap assured that the crisis has not affected until now to the exports of crude.
