| Abstract: | La propuesta consistió en el enriquecimiento del agua de cultivo con cloruro de amonio como nutriente para las Nitrosomonas y Nitrobacter y bicarbonato de sodio como medio para alcanzar la alcalinidad óptima para el crecimiento, antes de la siembra de los organismos de cultivo. De la revisión de la información se concluyó que mientras más adaptadas a las condiciones del cultivo estén las bacterias nitrificantes mejor será su respuesta a la filtración de nitrógeno amoniacal total en el sistema, por ello promover el crecimiento de bacterias nativas es la primera opción, y el uso de bacterias nitrificantes aisladas para uso comercial complementará la nitrificación. |
| metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish: | The proposal involved enriching the culture water with ammonium chloride as a nutrient for Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter, and sodium bicarbonate as a means of achieving optimal alkalinity for growth before seeding the culture organisms. A review of the information concluded that the more the nitrifying bacteria are adapted to the culture conditions, the better their response to the filtration of total ammoniacal nitrogen into the system. Therefore, promoting the growth of native bacteria is the first option, and the use of isolated nitrifying bacteria for commercial use will complement nitrification. |
