Abstract: | The purpose of this project is provide to Devies Corp of a security system, that allows reducing product losses and thus increase the profits of the company. The level of losses on inventories has been increased significantly by 20% from one year to another. It is necessary to implement a security system for the company and this is a study that includes interviews with experts in security, identification of companies involved in that industry, research analytical methodological and analysis of various strategies and action plans for safety; with these variables is possible construct an decision matrix (Delphi) for choosing the best security alternative. To assess whether or not profitable economically investing in this project, was necessary develop the financial study, which checks whether it is economically feasible to invest in implementation of the safe system, considering criteria such as CAUE, IRR, NPV, and the dynamic analysis of risk CRYSTAL BALL to help us decide whether to accept or not the project. |
