metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish: | This work is focused on the description, modeling and redesign of the “Pre Professional Practices” process at ESPOL. The modeling of this business process will be performed using the BPMN modeling language and the WebRatio tool. In our work we have created two versions of the business process model: An As Is version that presents a model based on an initial proposal of the business process proposed by the CEPROEM, and a To Be model that represents an improved version of the process developed by the authors of this work. With these two models we offer a clearer view of the objectives and scope of the Pre Professional Practices process to those who want to get through this business process in ESPOL. |
