Abstract: | This project aims at the economic feasibility for the production and marketing of fresh dessert of mango in Macará. The market for this kind of fruit is saturated so it's an opportunity to become one of the leading producers and marketers of fresh dessert of mango in Macará, which is a new product because it is a new way to enjoy this delicious fruit rich in vitamins and potassium. The centerpiece of this project is to meet customer needs in the future, generate employment and contribute their bit to community development, which through its thematic provides useful tools for those who are willing to offer a service or product. To determine feasibility of this project were due market research technical and administrative, with the goal of checking with the future financial evaluation. We believe that the mango fruit is an attractive offering for which the market as a "Healthy Fresh Dessert" which contains low calories and is a source of vitamins A and C. Our raw materials (mango) contains substances with beneficial properties for the functioning of our body, though many are unaware of its value and its nutritional benefits. |
