Description:	El presente proyecto integrador plantea la optimización del proceso de conciliación de inventarios en la Terminal Terrestre de Guayaquil (TTG), entidad que es un eje fundamental para el transporte de Ecuador. Por lo tanto, este estudio busca automatizar el proceso de conciliación de inventarios en el registro contable, mediante el uso de tecnología RFID, con el fin de que mejore la precisión de los registros, asegurando una gestión eficiente del inventario en la Terminal Terrestre de Guayaquil. La investigación, que se basó en entrevistas y visitas al personal de activos fijos y bodega, logró identificar que el proceso actual de la conciliación de inventarios requiere de un trabajo laborioso, tiempo considerable y conteos numerosos. A pesar de que usa un sistema de ERP como Microsoft Dynamics AX para sus gestiones y registros, la conciliación mantiene métodos manuales de conteo, registro y verificación. Con la implementación de la tecnología RFID, se logró reducir en gran magnitud el tiempo del proceso de conciliación de inventarios, minimizando el riesgo de errores humanos, aumentando la precisión y el control de las existencias del inventario. metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish:	This integrative project proposes the optimization of the inventory reconciliation process at the Guayaquil Land Terminal (TTG), an entity that is a fundamental axis for Ecuador's transportation. Therefore, this study seeks to automate the process of reconciling inventories in the accounting record, through the use of RFID technology, in order to improve the accuracy of the records, ensuring efficient inventory management at the Guayaquil Land Terminal. The research, which was based on interviews and visits to the fixed assets and warehouse personnel, managed to identify that the current process of inventory reconciliation requires laborious work, considerable time and numerous counts. Even though you use an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics AX for your management and records, reconciliation maintains manual methods of counting, recording, and verification. With the implementation of RFID technology, it was possible to greatly reduce the time of the inventory reconciliation process, minimizing the risk of human errors, increasing the accuracy and control of inventory stocks.
