Análisis de factibilidad para la implementación de tecnología de internet móvil para unidades de transporte turístico

Abstract

The present project is to realize and analyze the feasibility of implementing the technology of the mobile Internet for tourist transport units in Ecuador, which would grant to vehicles users an innovative service. The motivation is based on the implementation of this mobile technology to companies and taxi associations, that are willing to improve their services, so they are able to offer services not only in general public area but also in tourist area. Through hotels, airports and bus terminals in Ecuador, they provide innovative taxis with mobile Internet services for tourists and Ecuadorians. So far it has not been executed in the country. The analysis includes a financial viability analysis to specify the costs, involving the creation and the development of this kind of the mobile Internet technology. In this way could foresee how to obtain the profits, taking financial criterions like the base of the market’s study and the convenience of the project.
