dc.description.abstract The idea of developing this project arises from the reality we are experiencing: Currently, Diabetes is the third leading cause of death in Ecuador. It is a disease that has no cure but can be controlled, so we will try to helping people who suffer it, they can find a healthier alternative to a healthy diet even away from their home, with a varied and tasty menu. Therefore, our main objective is to design a strategic plan to take advantage of opportunities that meet this growing segment and satisfy their needs at time we helped create a culture of good food. Thanks to the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies we will get our goal to conclude that in addition to achieving high rates of return, the satisfaction of contributing to our Guayaquileña Society with the commitment to providing a service to improve the quality of life, represents a monetary and moral reward. en
