dc.description.abstract | This project's main objective is to propose a solution to a problem of communication between headquarters of the Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil located in the city of Guayaquil and its agencies located throughout the city. Currently The Junta has a radio link which is connected to the agencies and is not a contingency system, for this will implement a fiber optic link. Each agency has its own telephone system and separate data network, causing consumer spending on communications, high costs and other unnecessary expenses. We can now observe the saturation of patients with different health states to separate your appointments in outpatient areas of the agencies, the project to avoid this situation will implement a call center system for the Junta de Beneficencia provide a better quality of services currently provided.
