dc.description	En este trabajo se analizó el estándar IEEE 802.22 con enfoque en los beneficios y ventajas, así como realizar la implementación simulada de una red tipo WRAN, diseñada para las zonas rurales de la costa ecuatoriana, con sus respectivas condiciones de entorno en la herramienta de simulación NS-2.También se verificó con la herramienta NS-2 la reutilización de las frecuencias que permite este protocolo, el cual se basa en el método de radio cognitiva. Para la implementación piloto se escogió la parroquia rural Roberto Astudillo del cantón Milagro. Esta zona se ha caracterizado por ser marginada por los distintos proveedores de servicios de red existentes; por lo cual nos enfocamos en diseñar y simular la factible red de comunicación en varios escenarios probando su funcionabilidad, para tratar de brindar un servicio de red inalámbrica requerido por los institutos educacionales de esta zona rural de la costa ecuatoriana, pretendiendo mejorar los recursos de educación.	es_EC
dc.description.abstract	This paper analyzed the standard IEEE 802.22 with a focus on the benefits and advantages, as well as perform the implementation of a simulated network WRAN type, designed for the rural areas of the Ecuadorian coast, with their respective environment conditions in the simulation tool NS-2.Also been verified with the NS-2 tool the reuse of frequencies that allows this protocol, which is based on the method of cognitive radio. For the pilot deployment was chosen the rural parish Roberto Astudillo of canton Milagro. This zone has been characterized by being marginalized by the various providers of existing network services; For this reason I focus on design and simulate the feasible communication network in several scenarios testing its functionality, in an attempt to provide a wireless network service required by the educational institutes in this rural area of the Ecuadorian coast, pretending to improve the resources of education.	es_EC
