ELABORAR UNA METODOLOGÍA PARA SUBIR EN PRODUCCIÓN APLICACIONES INFORMÁTICAS PARA EL DEPARTAMENTO DE TECNOLOGÍA DE INFORMACIÓN

Abstract

Today, companies use IT to better organize its activities; It is for this reason that you see on the need for their applications to be updated in order to meet the needs that help meet business objectives; and they do looking for the best techniques to develop quality software. But most of them only focus on planning the development of applications leaving relegated planning goes into production of the software developed. Work experience, due to the setbacks that have at this late stage; It is leading to develop a methodology to have a work plan in order to minimize possible errors at this stage and keep a check on what is being upgraded. It will analyze the processes and areas of the company directly affected or that are associated with the update; roles and responsibilities for it in order that the operation of the company after this process goes into production is not affected will be established; also it helps to measure whether the development area is meeting the ball before processes. The studies show that there is a relationship between productivity, business competitiveness, reliability and quality of service.
