dc.description	El estudio que se realizó, analiza el comportamiento del consumo de energía eléctrica en la provincia de Santa Elena a lo largo del tiempo y por zonas. Consiste en la evaluación e interpretación de los datos obtenidos a partir de las curvas de carga de los usuarios residenciales tomando los datos registrados en 5 medidores totalizadores, con el objetivo de implementar un modelo matemático que permita describir el comportamiento de la carga y de las variables que influyen en el consumo de energía eléctrica. Se utiliza el programa Microsoft Excel ® para hallar el modelo matemático que más se ajusta a las curvas características diarias y además para realizar una proyección estimada de la demanda. Posteriormente se comparan con las curvas de carga de 4 alimentadores de las subestaciones eléctricas en Santa Elena y finalmente identificar los posibles planes de ahorro de energía en los diferentes sectores y épocas del año en la provincia de Santa Elena.	es_EC
dc.description.abstract	The study performed, analyzes the behavior of electrical energy consumption in the province of Santa Elena overtime and by zones. The test consisted of the evaluation and interpretation of the data obtained from the charge curves of residential users taking the data registered in 5 totalizer meters, with the objective of implementing a mathematical model that will allow to describe the behavior of the charge and of the variables that influence in the consumption of electrical energy. Using the program Microsoft Excel to find the mathematical model that will adjust more to the daily characteristic curves and also to perform an estimated projection of the demand. Next, I will compare with the charge curves of 4 feeders from the substation in Santa Elena and finally identify the possible energy saving plans in the different sectors and times of the year in the province of Santa Elena.	es_EC
