Análisis de la aplicación en el Ecuador de cargos de interconexión simétricos

Abstract

In this study about Analysis of the Application in the Ecuador of charges of Symmetric Interconnections, are analyzed the different topics about the impact that would cause in corporate fixed and mobile of telephone the change of asymmetric to symmetric for the collect of the charges of Interconnection; also are analyzed the different opinions expressed by both companies fixed and mobile, telecommunications authorities and government authorities in the country about the issue of interconnection. Also subsequently with statistical calculations we analyzed the feasibility of the symmetry in the charges of interconnections in the country and the changes in the regulatory framework for telecommunications representing carrying out the change.
