dc.description	Este Proyecto Integrador surge de la necesidad de conectar al edificio 14 B con el patio de comidas en la Facultad de Arte, Diseño y Comunicación Audiovisual (FADCOM), considerando mejorar la movilidad de estudiantes y de los equipos que se requieran trasladar en el caso de eventos futuros, incluyendo al 0.24% de personas con discapacidad en la ESPOL. Por tanto, se propuso como una solución el diseño estructural de un puente peatonal, tomando en cuenta las normas ACI 318-14 y ASHTOO LRFD 2014, especificaciones técnicas, geometría de la superestructura y subestructura, así como el análisis ambiental, cumpliendo con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible 4,11 y 15. Se decidió realizar elementos prefabricados de hormigón armado, diseñando la subestructura del puente (Un pilar y un estribo en los extremos), la superestructura (Una viga T simplemente apoyada y un tablero, con una longitud de 20 metros), cumpliendo con la NEC-SB-IE, para pasos de circulación. Tomando en cuenta los requerimientos del cliente, entre los que predominaron el costo, la estética y sostenibilidad. El presente proyecto, muestra un costo estimado de $49,292.15, destacando la eficiencia en el tiempo de construcción, ya que los elementos son prefabricados. dc.description.abstractenglish	This Integrating Project arises from the need to connect building 14 B with the food court in the Faculty of Art, Design and Audiovisual Communication (FADCOM), considering improving the mobility of students and equipment that need to be moved in the case of future events, including the 0.24% of people with disabilities in the ESPOL. Therefore, the structural design of a pedestrian bridge was proposed as a solution, taking into account the ACI 318-14 and ASHTOO LRFD 2014 standards, technical specifications, geometry of the superstructure and substructure, as well as the environmental analysis, complying with Sustainable Development Goals 4,11 and 15. It was decided to make precast reinforced concrete elements, designing the bridge substructure (One column and one abutment at the ends), the superstructure (A simply supported T-beam and a deck, with a length of 20 meters), complying with the NEC-SB-IE, for traffic crossings. Considering the client's requirements, among which cost, aesthetics and sustainability were predominant. The present project shows an estimated cost of $49,292.15, highlighting the efficiency in construction time, since the elements are prefabricated.
