Diseño de la estructura e instalaciones básicas para la ampliación del edificio municipal de 2 niveles del cantón Samborondón parroquia satélite, incluyendo la planificación y gestión de la construcción

Abstract

The population and urban growth of La Puntilla in the canton of Samborondón encourages the current increase in demand for the services offered by the municipality. Long queues and delays in the processes are some of the consequences generated by this situation. For this reason, the project is based on designing a two-level extension next to the existing building of the municipality. The structure that was developed has reinforced concrete elements for both levels and a metal structure for the formation of the roof. In addition, the design of the rainwater collection system and the electrical distribution of outlets and lighting were carried out. Therefore, the considerations of the regulations ACT 318-19, NEC 2015, AISC 360-16 and ASCE 7-16 were addressed. As a result, a portal structure capable of resisting the design loads and complying with structural safety checks was obtained. Likewise, the stormwater and electrical installations met the operability requirements. An efficient expansion design was achieved in the technical, environmental and economic fields, allowing it to adapt without obstacles to any construction event.
