Throughout the use of various information sources the factors involved in implementing an activity of this sort were determined, thus providing us the way to structure them in the development of a cash flow. Subsequently, using the methods of NPV, IRR and Payback, and, with the help of Crystal Ball software, the feasibility of the investment project was evaluated by obtaining the probability of success or failure in the implementation. This article is divided into five sections. The first section is a detailed description of the problem, the second section shows the results of the market research, in the third section a technical study is presented, in the fourth section shows an organizational study, and in the final section the evaluation the project is presented using a financial study. Finally, we present the conclusions and recommendations obtained based on the results of the studies described above en
