dc.description.abstract	Currently the People's Bank of Colombia has called ERP PeopleSoft, Oracle product, which is a robust solution that supports the management of all areas of the company, this integrated system is available in over 10 languages and has a range of modules that meet the needs of every business. Initially they were not implemented all modules of the ERP, but now I notice the Bank the need to hand a CRM module that allows you to have, quick and timely manner, all relevant information of their customers. As mentioned, agreement was reached with the Bank to carry out the implementation of this module, supported by our customer's confidence and experience that we have, we have full assurance of success of the project.	en
