Resumen:
Today many successful global companies are using CRM systems to manage relationships with customers, this will represent a significant advantage over businesses that do not implement it. The CRM's allowed to have absolute control of all the information environment to customers such as purchase history, preferences, likes, among others, on the basis of which they can provide better service objectively. In Ecuador, some companies are making use of VoIP technology by changing their old analogue from which it can obtain higher benefits. It is time for businesses in our country begin to use the infrastructure systems that dovetail with new proposals referred to capitalize on the investment. The project involves the integration of two free software tools such as Sugar CRM and Asterisk telephone system. The result is a powerful CRM system with more features that expedite the process and allow for full customer satisfaction by improving sales and increasing the portfolio.
