Abstract:
The Estate " Villa Graciela " was created in the year 1890, it is located on the banks of the River Daule, and it
specialized in the sowing and culture of rice, in addition of his dried and Milled for then to proceed to his sale,
Besides, It was relying on farmers and farms. This estate has not been working for many years, and actually it was
observed that Daule does not possess a place for scattering for the habitants of the canton or tourists, be these
nationals or foreigners; the purpose of this project is to restore the Estate " Villa Graciela ", making the necessary
adequacies according of the results obtained by the marketing research, like the construction of track for bicycles,
multiple fields, dance floor, etc.; which together with the hospitable landscape and the presence of the river, it
allows an agreeable stay for the tourists who can enjoy the different services that would be offer, such as rides in
boat, rides in aquatic bicycles, horse ride, rent for social events, etc.; Moreover this estate can be considered to be
unique in the locality, because it possesses objects and relics of the colonial period. The development of this project
focused on satisfying specifically the families of high social class and medium social class of the Cantons of
Guayaquil and Daule .In addition, thanks to the market research, technical and financial studies, it was possible
to determine the feasibility of this project through favorable numbers of profitability and acceptance of the
market, on the other hand it is necessary to mention that in the Ecuador, the tourism is a market that is growing,
which favors the execution of this project.
