dc.description.abstract This project describes human rights; among them we can find the rights for disabled people, which are going to be my focus along this paper. One of the points this study stands for is that disabled people deserve respect on labor, human and environmental fields. People physically and mentally disabled are commonly accepted or rejected for a work position depending on the kind of disability. The Ecuadorian law protects these people. Many benefits are offered for their inclusion in the labor force. es
