Resumen:
This project describes the characteristics, responsibilities and duties of a
multifunctional secretary, the organizational skills to apply at office, the effective communication with clients, boss and co-workers. As it is well known, a secretary has an important role in a company through the assistance to the bosses in office tasks in which concentration is compulsory to do a good job. The secretary is the first person in the company who has to interact with clients and as any person must show values, courtesy and social skills.
