Abstract:
There is a great need to know and understand the performance of the management of the systems mobility administration UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) both the beginning and the way communication has developed with its mobile phone technology generations, since this system is also known as 3G (third generation) nowadays it is one of the most used due to the benefits of this technology. This investigation also seeks to establish all the possible scenarios where the administration of the mobility in a system can be managed and in addition to that, to learn how to make a teaching tool “video” in order to have a better understanding of the topic. These systems have
more important features such as the power management, the security management, which play a high degree of importance in this system mobility. Furthermore it is important to state the system’s performance in our daily life and to be able to understand what happens when a failure occurs in a call in process.

Existe una gran necesidad de conocer y entender el funcionamiento de la gestión de la administración de la movilidad de los sistemas UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) tanto de sus inicios y como ha ido evolucionando la comunicación con sus generaciones de tecnología celular, dado que este sistema también conocido como 3G (tercera generación) es uno de los más usados en la actualidad por los beneficios de esta tecnología. También se busca establecer todos los posibles escenarios donde se pueda gestionar la administración de la movilidad en un sistema y además de eso, conocer comó realizar una herramienta didáctica “video” para una mejor comprensión del tema. Estos sistemas poseen más características importantes como por ejemplo la gestión de potencia, la gestión de seguridad que desempeñan un grado muy alto de importancia en la movilidad de este sistema. También es importante mencionar como este sistema actúa en nuestro diario vivir y poder entender qué sucede cuando ocurre un fallo de una llamada en proceso.
