dc.description	El proceso de fiscalización de la construcción de un yate unifamiliar va en conjunto con la verificación del trabajo, se analizan los pasos que se van dando a medida que avanza la construcción. Primero se deben obtener los documentos técnicos que el diseñador elaboró y estudiarlos en detalle, esto incluye el contrato de construcción y los tiempos que el constructor ofrece para terminar la obra. Por otra parte, se analizan y se verifican los cálculos hidrostáticos, comprobando que no haya errores. También se hace un análisis de estabilidad con el desplazamiento de diseño y un centro de gravedad preliminar y finalmente se verifican los criterios de estabilidad. En la tercera parte, se supervisa el inicio de construcción in situ empezando por el acopio de materiales y la respectiva limpieza y pintura anticorrosiva de las planchas de acero naval y perfiles, se continúa con la elaboración de la mesa de galibus y el trazado de las formas del yate con sus cuadernas, mamparos y refuerzos, finalmente la selección de los soldadores y la supervisión de los procesos de soldadura, con el montaje de las estructuras y su correcta alineación.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The construction inspection process for a single-family yacht goes hand in hand with the verification of the work. The steps taken as construction progresses are analyzed. First, the technical documents prepared by the designer must be obtained and studied in detail, including the construction contract and the timeframes offered by the builder for completion. Hydrostatic calculations are then analyzed and verified, ensuring there are no errors. A stability analysis is also performed with the design displacement and a preliminary center of gravity, and finally, the stability criteria are verified. In the third part, the start of on-site construction is supervised, beginning with the collection of materials and the respective cleaning and anti-corrosion painting of the naval steel plates and profiles. This is followed by the preparation of the galibus table and the layout of the yacht's shapes with its frames, bulkheads, and reinforcements. Finally, the selection of welders and supervision of the welding processes, with the assembly of the structures and their correct alignment.
