Resumen:
Constantly, we experience emergency situations, directly or indirectly, in companies, which need immediate
response. The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) will help us to establish what we must do to ensure the survival of a
company or institution in case it would be subjected to an unwanted interruption of business or operation.
This article shows the results of the work whose main objective is to find the best way to minimize the harmful
effects that a disruption can produced. Having a Business Continuity Plan and implement it in an immediate and
controlled way will let us to make the business continues in order to offer its services either completely or with a
minimum guarantee.
That is why the development of this work is focused on developing a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in a
company that produces electrodes, in which we will to analyze the areas of Human Resources, Information Systems
and Infrastructure: specifically the Area Production.
