dc.description	El presente proyecto de titulación tiene como objetivo la creación de una fuente tipográfica experimental a partir de las estatuillas de las Venus de Valdivia de la Fase III que se encuentran expuestas en el MAAC que será usada como un medio de difusión del patrimonio cultural del Ecuador. Se empleó una investigación cualitativa de carácter exploratorio e interpretativo por lo que se visitó la reserva arqueológica del MAAC con el fin de obtener información de las Venus Fase III y seleccionar las 5 más representativas con lo que se logró armar una tipografía experimental con los rasgos representativos de las estatuillas de Venus. Se obtuvo una tipografía que contenía las características destacables de las Venus, se crearon mockups para distinguir la visibilidad del proyecto, además, se realizaron validaciones con profesionales diseñadores quienes dieron el visto bueno acerca del trabajo tipográfico permitiendo avanzar y después de acatar las recomendaciones, terminarla. En conclusión, se alcanzaron los objetivos impuestos que permitieron crear un diseño tipográfico innovador y atractivo que cumpla con los estándares del diseño y que sirva como una herramienta de difusión.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this degree project is the creation of an experimental typographic font from the statuettes of the Venus de Valdivia of Phase III that are exhibited in the MAAC, which will be used as a means of dissemination of the cultural heritage of Ecuador. Qualitative research of exploratory and interpretative character was used, so we visited the archaeological reserve of the MAAC to obtain information of the Venus Phase III and select the 5 most representative with which we were able to assemble an experimental typography with the representative features of the Venus statuettes. A typography was obtained that contained the outstanding characteristics of the Venus, mockups were created to distinguish the visibility of the project, in addition, validations were carried out with professional designers who gave their approval about the typographic work allowing to move forward and after complying with the recommendations, to finish it. In conclusion, the imposed objectives were achieved, allowing the creation of an innovative and attractive typographic design that complies with design standards and serves as a dissemination tool.
