dc.description.abstractLa Unidad Educativa Liceo Naval de Guayaquil by Decree No. 589-A, dated October 20, 1970, School Site was created as secondary instruction. The present work aims to implement a Web page that seeks to involve parents, teachers, administrators, counselors and students, through its website with a user-friendly presentation, with easy navigation so people who visit us in the portal. For the purpose it was necessary to perform an analysis of the activities carried out at the Unidad Educativa Liceo Naval de Guayaquil and to organize, distribute the functions of each work area, to decrease leisure time during working hours and maintain the system updated. This scheme was developed early in a stage of renovation of computing platforms which should match the new administrative and technological schemes that are documented in the strategic planning which should follow the methodology XP (Extreme Programming) consists of a set of rules that have a high degree of interactivity with the user that was implemented in developing this project with its various options, facilitating the monitoring of student's academic record and better intercommunication of departments, through its website.en
