dc.description.abstract | In the “Design of a Domotic System Applied to an Hemodialysis Clinic” we have a great advantage which is using the X-10 technology over an existing infrastructure; principally, because of the convenient investment versus the other domotic technologies actually known by the market. Through the development of this topic it describes one whole explanatory chapter exclusively to show the technical characteristics of X-10 protocol. The design explains the reasons in a practical, graphic and concrete way and the domotic solutions in each of the key areas of the clinic, according to each case. Finally, the objective of increasing the comfort conditions is fulfilled, automation and security of goods, patients as well as personnel in a Medical Institution. And as an additional main objective, it demonstrates a short term capital recovery through saving energy, watching at the same time for an adequate use of this invaluable natural resource at critical moments in our planet. | en |
