dc.description.abstract | The objective of the graduation present work is develop the preparing of all documental requirements to demand the ISO 22000:2005 Normative for managing of Safety Alimentary Management System for any Shrimp Packaging and Export, highlighting the primary production forward final consumer monitoring, showing the principal controls during the head on shrimp process, which will grow the efficiency of it, to go to comply with the client demands and obtain the specification satisfaction decreasing the complaints by them, besides managing to adjust the factory to the international normative to govern the food market with the purpose to ensure the export products quality, safety and healthiness; for that reason it will be focused procedures of risk assessments to raise the safety levels based in the Codex Alimetarius improving the normative references progressively. As a hopes result, it establishes the factory operative control inside and outside with the following of rules and requirements that it has to be guided. | en |
