dc.description.abstract | In the next project we decided to test the feasibility of re- engineering a resort in the town of Milagro, called VISALTUR ", having as a distinguishing attribute being the first complex with a Pineapple theme, fruit by which many people recognize the city. We are motivated by the growth of the area, rural places of tourist interest and agro-tourism. We used market research to know what are the needs of our potential clients and satisfy them, we evaluated our current situation in the market with different tests, such as SWOT analysis and Porter BCG Matrix; also performed a marketing mix to analyze our 4 P's. On the technical study we performed, we show how we will perform the physical re-engineering complex in 2 stages of construction and all areas that we have in our project. With the financial study we test the profitability of our project and show in how many periods we can recover the investment and meet all investors. | en |
