Abstract: | The project’s main objective is to present the correct form to implement The Theory of Constraints (TOC) Methodology in a steel manufacturer company which manages two types of manufacturing environments: make to stock and make to order. With the information of the Company we identified its main faults both operational and service offered to customers. An important point was to identify the most appropriate strategies for each type of customer which will allow the Company to develop Decisive Competitive Advantages in the industry. To obtain these advantages is necessary more than just enthusiasm, the Company must count with a detail program of strategies and tactics to carry out in each area involved: operatives or administrative, for this reason we show in summary the correct form to apply and implement this Methodology, which will generate significant financials and operatives improvements without substantial investment that could put in risk the Company. Finally we present the conclusion and the recommendations for a flourishing implementation. |
