Elaboración de manual para la implementación de un sistema de gestión ambiental basado en la norma iso-14001

Abstract

En la actualidad, para muchas organizaciones el desarrollo de un nuevo concepto, como es el de la ISO-14001, ha llevado a las empresas a preocuparse de su futuro y de su funcionamiento con el fin de alcanzar una ventaja competitiva que les permitan alcanzar primero su supervivencia, segundo su estabilidad y por consiguiente el liderazgo.

Esta tesis consiste en la Elaboración de un Manual que abarque de una manera más exhaustiva las cláusulas, requerimientos y “ debes “ de la Norma Ambiental, con el fin de que sirva de apoyo a las organizaciones para la Implantación de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental.

El desarrollo de la tesis contempla el diseño de un Manual para la Implantación de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, el cual incluye el marco estratégico y legal dentro del que actúan las empresas, lo que permite entregar a las organizaciones los elementos de un sistema de gestión ambiental eficiente que pueda integrarse a otros requisitos de gestión, con el objeto de ayudar a las organizaciones al cumplimiento de sus metas ambientales y económicas.

This thesis consists of the Elaboration of Manual that include of one more a more exhaustive way the clauses, requirements and debes of the Environmental Norm, in order that it serves as support to the organizations for the Implantation of a System of Environmental Management. The development of the thesis contemplates the design of a Manual for the Implantation of a System of Environmental Management, which includes strategic and legal the frame withim that the companies act, which allows to give to the organizations the elements of a system of efficient environmental management that can be integrated to other requirements of management, with the intention of helping to the organizations the fulfillment of its environmental and economic goals.
