Abstract

Efficient information management is a major concern in any organization , so that strict control is required. The Fundación Acción Solidaria, is a nonprofit organization that seeks the integral development of Ecuadorian children , spiritual , psychological , material reality, his family , and the community to which he belongs , however faces major difficulties in information management , timely and reliable information from all the staff , over lack of coordination and communication between the departments and the Headquarters of the Foundation. That is why after a analysis , we determined that the solution was the creation and implementation of this project " Web System for the Management of Fundación Acción Solidaria Academic’s " that will allow the total management information used by The Fundación Acción Solidaria, facilitating the development of weekly and yearly reports, the system allow teachers to manage their courses and students, format support for children and classes for Parents meetings, enrollment records , report card per academic year , teaching staff notifications via email , report daily activities and full support of information
