Implementación de Procesos de Negocio para la Dirección del Parque Nacional Galápagos, Utilizando BPMN 2.0 y Workflow Joget

Abstract

The optimization of time and resources in an organization is a key objective for a company, aligned with it, there are tools that help to this purpose. The Directorate of the Galapagos National Park decided to optimize the business process in the area of Conservation and Use of Marine Ecosystems, for which Bizagi Modeler was used as process modeler and Joget workflow. Also, reports were made with the data generated with Pentaho Report. To ensure the quality of the application development load testing, profiling testing and interface testing were made. The Joget process engine gave us flexibility; when implementing the changing business rules among time, permitting the optimization of resources, since it doesn’t involve big investments of time in the change of processes.
