Abstract

There is a great need to know and understand the performance of the management of the systems mobility administration UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) both the beginning and the way communication has developed with its mobile phone technology generations, since this system is also known as 3G (third generation) nowadays it is one of the most used due to the benefits of this technology. This investigation also seeks to establish all the possible scenarios where the administration of the mobility in a system can be managed and in addition to that, to learn how to make a teaching tool “video” in order to have a better understanding of the topic. These systems have more important features such as the power management, the security management, which play a high degree of importance in this system mobility. Furthermore it is important to state the system’s performance in our daily life and to be able to understand what happens when a failure occurs in a call in process.
