DISEÑO, DESARROLLO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SITIO WEB DINÁMICO DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y GESTIÓN DE EVENTOS INSTITUCIONALES UTILIZANDO CMS JOOMLA Y GOOGLE ANALYTICS, PARA LA ESCUELA SUPERIOR POLITÉCNICA DEL LITORAL

Abstract

The next project was developed with the goal of to provide a friendly platform for end-user when this call for information regarding events that take place inside or outside the premises of the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral. For this project was proposed to use Joomla which is a Content Manager Open Source System that allows the implementation and maintenance of websites in a simple way and with a little knowledge of programming to have many ways of extensibility. The project aims is to keep information about events organized by categories, presenting a nice interface from which display all event information and even an interactive map that shows the location where it will develop. To measure the user interaction with the website it will use Google Analytics like an audience measurement tool for to get data usability and user satisfaction linked to the time that this stay in the portal.
