SE ANALIZAN REVISIONES B, C, Y D DEL IS-41, SUS APLICACIONES Y LA OPERACION DE LA RED FUERA DE LA MSC ASI COMO LAS OPERACIONES ENTRE MSC, VLR Y HLR.
