| dc.description.abstract | NUESTRO PAIS POSEE UN MERCADO DE SEGUROS RELATIVAMENTE PEQUEÑO Y NO DESARROLLADO; DEBIDO A FACTORES ECONOMICOS, NO CREA LA NECESIDAD DE CONTRATAR UN SEGURO DE SALUD. EN CONSECUENCIA LAS AUTORIDADES ECONOMICAS SE HAN ESFORZADO EN MEJORAR LA PROVISIONDE SERVICIOS REALIZANDO UNA REFORMA DE SALUD QUE EN PRIMERA INSTANCIA MEJORARE LA PROVISION PUBLICA Y POR META FINAL INCLUYE A LOS PROVEEDORES PRIVADOS DEL SISTEMA INTEGRADO. ES IMPORTANTE CONOCER LAS FALLAS QUE SE PUEDEN ENCONTRAR EN UN MERCADO PEQUEÑO, SEGMENTADO Y FRAGMENTADO, POR ESTO REALIZA A TRAVES DE UN ESQUEMA ESTRUCTURA-CONDUCTA-DESEMPEÑO Y DE ESTA FORMA BUSCAR LOS METODOS APROPIADOS PARA EL OPTIMO COMPORTAMIENTO DE LOS AGENTES. | es_ES |
