dc.description	El presente proyecto contiene la “Mejora y reemplazo del controlador de llama para hornos de archas de recocido “ya que en el mercado tiene un alto valor para poder ser reemplazado o repararlo, por lo que con un controlador Siemens Logo 230 RC se procedió a programarlo a que realice las mismas funciones que realizaba el anterior controlador sin alterar las conexiones hacia los elementos que controla como son el transformador ignitor que genera la chispa, la válvula solenoide que suministra el combustible (Diesel) para poder generar la llama y un motor ventilador que aviva la combustión en ese punto del horno o archa de recocido, una vez que la fotocelda visualiza la llama, el controlador envía a apagar el transformador y el moto-ventilador queda encendido hasta que la temperatura llegue a la deseada por operación en ese punto o sección de máquina. Luego el Set point cuando ya compara las temperaturas entre la deseada y la termocupla envía a cerrar la válvula solenoide para que apague la llama.	es_EC
dc.description.abstract	This project contains the "Improvement and replacement driver calls for annealing furnaces archas" since the market has a high value to be replaced or repaired, a Siemens Logo 230 RC driver proceeded to program it for performing the same functions as the previous driver without disturbing connections to the elements that are controlled as the transformer igniter generates spark, the solenoid valve that supplies the fuel (Diesel) to generate flame and fan combustion engine at that point the annealing furnace or archa, once the photocell viewing the flame, the controller sends off the transformer and the motor fan stays on until the temperature reaches the desired for operation at that point of machine section.
