dc.description.abstract | There is now a large proportion of diabetic patients due to poor eating habits and sedentary ways that people have is for this reason that this project is to create and operate a restaurant for Diabetic Health and Life "in the city La Libertad to help improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of this town and its surroundings, offers breakfast and lunch service with live and live. Our main objective is to measure profitability by providing this type of business, we will do this with the help of a market study to see the acceptance of the project.
