dc.description.abstractThe present work has as objective to present a proposal of a new line of products for the company Exofrut CORP. that is the mango in canned syrup "Mr. Mango" with the objective of continuing implemented, innovating new products made with fruits tropical 100 pure and natural%. United States is our main destination of export of mangos with 79 participation%, continued by the European Union with 8 participation%, that which indicates us that the Ecuadorian mango has a good recognition for its good quality and good flavor. For the elaboration of "Mr. Mango" it is required to invest in manpower for the control, supervision and development of the product, office teams for the headquarters of the product and utensils for the elaboration of the syrup. The FOB price to the final consumer is of $1.75 and the project shows a profitability of 61% overcoming the TMAR that is of 20% on the part of Exofrut Corp.en
